Compassionate Companionship and Wellness Support in Greater Victoria

Cody's Compassionate Care and Wellness helps seniors across Greater Victoria remain active, connected, independent, and joyful through personalized, non-medical companionship and everyday support.

About Me:

I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, valued, and connected. As the founder of Cody's Compassionate Care & Wellness, I provide meaningful non-medical companionship and personalized wellness support that helps older adults remain active, independent, and engaged in the life they love.

My approach is simple: listen first, build trust, and meet each person where they are. Whether it's sharing a walk along the waterfront, accompanying someone to an appointment, preparing a meal together, enjoying conversation over coffee, or guiding gentle movement and relaxation, my focus is on creating experiences that support both physical and emotional well-being.

A lifelong advocate for healthy living, I am an accomplished marathon and ultramarathon runner who understands the importance of staying active at every stage of life. I am also a certified yoga instructor, teaching locally and helping people improve their mobility, balance, strength, and confidence through accessible yoga practices.

In addition, I am a former fitness trainer, CPR certified, and certified in Somatic Sound Meditation, allowing me to offer functional strength routines, calming mindfulness and relaxation experiences that help reduce stress and promote overall wellness in a safe environment.

Inspired by the natural beauty and close-knit communities of Vancouver Island, I believe wellness is about far more than physical health. Genuine connection, purposeful movement, compassion, and a sense of belonging all contribute to living a fuller, healthier life.

Families appreciate my calm presence, reliability, and thoughtful communication. Clients value my patience, encouragement, and genuine interest in getting to know each person as an individual. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor each visit to the person's interests, abilities, and goals, helping them maintain independence while enjoying meaningful companionship.

My mission is to help older adults continue living with dignity, confidence, and joy while giving families peace of mind, knowing their loved one is supported by someone who truly cares.

For your peace of mind and protection, Cody's Compassionate Care & Wellness is fully bonded and properly insured. CI am committed to maintaining the highest professional standards in every aspect of my services.
